And not just for our NPs. Patients and families consistently tell us how devoted and helpful our Nurse Practitioners are and rate their satisfaction with Evercare at 96% or better.

Ours is an autonomous environment, with Nurse Practitioners having control, responsibility and decision-making power on a daily basis. Individuals with an independent spirit will thrive. All our NPs are graduates from an approved Nurse Practitioner program, possess a current professional license and national certification and are skilled in the assessment and treatment of common problems of the elderly.

But the real qualifications are intangible-a passion for nursing, personal involvement and the desire to work from the heart and change lives. That's what makes an NP an Evercare NP.

We require national certification for our Nurse Practitioners to reinforce our commitment to provide the highest quality of care to our members. We support this commitment by providing exam preparation and financial assistance (up to $1,000) to any non-certified Nurse Practitioner we hire. NP's must become nationally certified during the first year of their employment.
